Symon Ads provides digital marketing and advertising services only, including but not limited to paid ads management, campaign optimization, and marketing consultation.

      Symon Ads does NOT own, operate, manage, or control any client’s app, website, platform, wallet,
      payment system, or business operations.
    

2. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for:

Legality of their business, app, website, or service
Accuracy and legality of all ad creatives, claims, and content
User transactions, payments, refunds, and customer support
Compliance with Indian laws and platform policies

3. No Guarantees

Symon Ads does not guarantee sales, revenue, profits, leads, or specific results. Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

4. Payments

All payments made to Symon Ads are strictly for marketing services. No partnership, revenue sharing, or profit-based agreement is implied unless stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Symon Ads shall not be liable for:

Business losses or user complaints
Account bans, payment issues, or legal actions against the client
Any indirect or consequential damages

6. Third-Party Platforms

Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) operate independently. Symon Ads is not responsible for their decisions, approvals, or policy actions.

7. Termination

Symon Ads reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if any activity appears illegal, misleading, or non-compliant.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
